Shop Drawings
We produce detailed fabrication drawings from your design drawings. All dimensions verified against site measurements before cutting.
BOQ & Formal Quotation
Itemized Bill of Quantities with material specs, hardware counts, laminate selections, and labor — line by line. No lump-sum guesswork.
Workshop Fabrication
CNC-cut marine plywood, factory-sealed edges, pre-assembled modules. Everything built in our workshop — not on your job site.
Delivery & Logistics
Our trucks deliver fully wrapped and protected modules to your site. Scheduled to arrive when the unit is ready — not before, not after.
On-Site Installation
Our own install crew — not subcontracted further. Kitchen: 1–2 days per unit. Full wardrobe set: 1 day. We test every hinge and drawer.
Punch List & Warranty
We attend your punch list walkthrough. Snag items resolved within 48 hours. 12-month structural warranty. Written, signed, per unit.
