4-Stage Process
Measurement to Handover
Every CabinetMakerPH project follows the same four stages — from free measurement to final handover with warranty.
Free Measurement Visit
Our designer visits your home or office and takes precise measurements of every wall, ceiling height, electrical outlet position, floor level variation, and structural constraint. This takes 45–90 minutes. There is no charge for the measurement visit and no obligation to proceed. We measure after all tiling and plastering is complete to ensure accuracy.
3D Design + Itemized Quote (within 48 hrs)
Within 48 hours of your measurement visit, you receive: (1) a 3D layout drawing showing every cabinet position, door swing, shelf arrangement, and hardware location; (2) a full itemized written quotation listing every material (plywood grade, sheet count), every hardware item (hinge model, drawer slide model, quantity), and all labor. You review, request changes, and approve before any fabrication begins.
Workshop Fabrication (2–4 Weeks)
After you sign the contract and pay the 50% downpayment, fabrication begins in our workshop. Your 18mm Grade A marine plywood sheets are CNC-cut to exact dimensions from your measurement data. Panels are edge-banded with 1mm PVC hot-melt banding. Cabinet boxes are assembled and checked for squareness (max 1mm diagonal variance). Doors are cut from HDF and HPL-wrapped. All components are loaded and inspected before delivery.
Installation + Handover (3–5 Days)
Our own installation team (employed, not subcontracted) delivers and installs all cabinets. Upper wall cabinets are hung on wall studs with level line confirmed. Base cabinets are set on adjustable feet, leveled to within 1mm. Doors are hung, drawers installed, hardware adjusted. On handover day, every door and drawer is demonstrated, all hinges adjusted to your preference, and the 12-month warranty certificate issued. Final payment (10%) is due only on your satisfaction.

How long does measurement to installation take?
The total timeline is 3 to 6 weeks: 1–2 days for measurement and 3D drawing, 2–4 weeks of fabrication, then 3–5 days of installation. The exact fabrication time depends on workshop capacity and project complexity. Your project coordinator provides a specific timeline when you approve the quotation.
Do you use subcontractors for installation?
No. All installations are done by our own employed team — not subcontractors. The same team handles measurement and installation, ensuring quality control and direct accountability for every project. You deal with the same people throughout your entire project.
What are the payment terms?
50% downpayment upon contract signing. 40% upon fabrication completion (before delivery). 10% upon installation handover — due only when you are satisfied. We accept bank transfer, GCash, and Maya. No cash-only transactions.
