Door Styles
Kitchen Cabinet Door Styles
Flat Slab (Modern)
Completely flat door surface. Clean, contemporary, pairs with any finish. The most popular style in Metro Manila condos.
Shaker
Recessed center panel with flat frame. Timeless, works in both modern and traditional kitchens. Painted or wood grain finish.
Raised Panel
Traditional style with a raised center. Classic Filipino home aesthetic. Best in wood-tone laminates or painted finishes.
Handleless / Profile
Integrated recessed grip or push-to-open mechanism. No visible hardware. The cleanest modern look available.
Glass Panel
Framed door with clear or frosted glass insert. Ideal for upper display cabinets. Aluminum or wood frame options.
Grid / Mullion Glass
Glass door with internal dividers. Traditional style, great for displaying china, cookbooks, or décor.
Sliding Cabinet Door
Horizontal sliding doors for base cabinets where swing space is limited. Often used in corner units or narrow kitchens.
Lift-Up Door
Upper cabinet door that lifts upward instead of swinging. Space-saving and modern. Available in gas-lift mechanism.
Kitchen Layouts
Kitchen Cabinet Layout Types
Straight / Galley Kitchen
Single wall of cabinets. Most common in condominiums and studio units. Space-efficient and cost-effective. Typical size: 2–5 linear meters.
L-Shape Kitchen
Two perpendicular walls of cabinets. The most popular layout for Philippine homes. Efficient work triangle. Typical size: 4–8 linear meters total.
U-Shape Kitchen
Three walls of cabinets surrounding the cook. Maximum storage and counter space. Best for larger kitchens (10+ sqm). Typical size: 8–14 linear meters.
Island Kitchen
L-shape or U-shape with a freestanding island unit in the center. The premium kitchen layout. Requires minimum 3m × 4m kitchen space.
Galley / Corridor Kitchen
Cabinets on two parallel walls facing each other. Common in older Philippine homes with narrow kitchen spaces. Efficient but requires 1.2m minimum aisle width.
Peninsula Kitchen
Like an island but connected to the main cabinet run on one end. Works in open-plan layouts where a full island isn't possible. Creates breakfast bar potential.
